At Freet Barefoot, we want you to experience total foot freedom; if your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them in unworn condition within 30 days of delivery. We offer easy returns and exchanges to ensure your transition to minimalist footwear is seamless and satisfying.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them inside a mailing bag or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
